Training Tutor

This is an integral position within the organization and requires a person who possesses the necessary skills to best support participants, driving them during their professional experience.

Typical tasks include:

  • Held the welcome meeting providing information about the training;

  • Organize and attend interviews at the host companies;

  • Held follow up meetings with participants;

  • Monitoring and implementation of ECVET procedure;

  • Act as referral point for the participants for any issues related to the training.

To be considered, candidates should:

  • Have relevant work experience suitable for this role;

  • Possess organizational and administrative skills;

  • Possess ability to influence people's decisions;

  • Have good listening and communication skills;

  • Have an excellent level of English and Spanish;

  • Other languages as Polish, Italian and Chinese will be considered a plus.
