Students Welfare Officer

This is an integral position within the organization and requires a person who possesses the necessary skills to best support participants, with an innate problem solving attitude.

Typical tasks include:

  • Groups welcoming and management;

  • Accommodation management;

  • Act as the referral point for the participants for solving any possible issues related to their experience abroad;

  • Act as the referral point for the participants and be available 24/7 for urgencies.

To be considered, candidates should:

  • Have relevant work experience suitable for this role;

  • Possess organizational and administrative skills;

  • Have a problem solving and positive attitude;

  • Have an excellent level of English and Spanish;

  • Other languages as Polish, Italian and Chinese will be considered a plus.
