Operations Manager

The position requires a person with a positive attitude, attention to costs and price policy, high social skills and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

Typical tasks include:

  • Key responsibilities will be to report to headquarter all expenses and financial movement and monitor all types of economical transactions (banking, cash flow);

  • To provide all information regarding prices, budget proposals, contracts, agreements to the headquarter;

  • Archive invoices and sending to external account of the company;

  • Meet the suppliers and define price policy;

  • To manage accommodation reservation (host families, apartment and hotel);

  • Book and purchase bus tickets;

  • Be in charge of office material purchase;

  • Make costs analysis;

  • Be responsible for the office equipment management.

To be considered, candidates should:

  • Have experience in a similar position;

  • Be reliable and independent working;

  • Be flexible and have team spirit;

  • Have good organizational skills;

  • Have an advanced level of Spanish and English.
